    Luxury, fairly clean place with hard-working and responsive staff with the guest relations manager. Excellent location, very nice area, near to the Veranda restaurant and rixos sungate from 31 july for 4 nights. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Goynuk.

    Spoiler alert, it's worth it!

    The resort is a paradise for families! With beautiful pools, a focus on children's activities, and delicious food, our stay was lovely. The mountain view from our spacious room was amazing. An added treat was the beach area designed specifically for kids, ensuring fun and safety. We will definitely be back!

    The drinks and the open buffet for al day and night long

    the room was mislocated and the hotel facilities were so far and you have to do a lot of walking and it was like you are in a maze. Concierge was the worst I’ve ever met he should be in plumbing business not in the hotel business he was sooooo rude and the lady in check out desk at the other building orang one did not say good bye she said ok you can go now it’s like we were in a police check point, other than that everything was cool

    The surroundings are gorgeous, and the kids had an absolute blast at the aqua park and the myriad of fun activities available for them all day long.

    The staff's English skills were lacking, leading to frustrating communication and service delays .

    There are very delicious and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and hotel has amazing atmosphere. Turkish bath is perfect especially after an exhaustive swimming day. During the nights they have very entertaining open disco (alara).

    animation team was very poor and unorganized. i was there in october and animation team told me it is different from june to september. so if you wanna join the activities of hotel, it is better to go in july or august. in october, more than half of the animation team were already left. i reserved 2 bedroom-villa but they gave me 2 bedroom family house(aile gol evi) instead of villa. but for the price that i paid, i didn't complain about it.

    Everything was perfect. I have been to many hotels in Turkey. But this hotel has surpassed everything. We had king suite with sea view. Very clean and very nice and cosy .
